We are a land brokerage and consultancy company specialising in the acquisition and disposal of residential development sites throughout the Midlands, Cotswolds and Northern Home Counties.

We have an excellent track record in selling both consented and subject-to-planning development sites on behalf of developers and private land owners. Typically we deal with sites suitable for housing 30 to 500 units. We are also able to offer skilled advice on the sale of land on an unconditional basis and advise on planning options and promotions.
