M&G Investments obtained a detailed approval for 85 dwellings. The site was offered to most of the major house builders by their planning consultants and after a protracted period of negotiation and planning delay the site was secured on behalf of David Wilson Mercia.

 

This was the third significant acquisition for the region in the last 15 months.
